Packages & Prices
Reset Session £15
Do you ever have a moment you would love to just rewind? Often those moments change the course of your entire day and can leave you feeling profoundly disconnected and unsettled. Rather than being derailed this 20 minute Reset session (usually offered over Skype) can help reconnect you to whatever matters most.
Connect Session £40
Your first session is free and will get you started. You want lasting change and that takes time so if we are a good fit I will work with you for a minimum of three months. Book as many sessions as you like from once a month to every week. You can let me know what works best for you when we meet.
Connect Package £199
An opportunity for you to book 6 sessions and pay for 5. You're welcome to use all 6 sessions within your initial three months or spread them out across six months to fit around your life & schedule.
